I come to this work from my own story —
from pain, disconnection, abuse
I didn't have anyone to talk to when I needed it most.

That’s why I do this now:
so no one
 else has to walk this path alone.

 

For years, I’ve been guiding people through trauma-informed yoga, embodiment, and group processes — especially in the realms of intimacy, relationships, & body-connection.
 

My path brings together academic studies in psychology and nervous system regulation, alongside the deep wisdom of yoga and Buddhist practice.

 

I’m now training as a somatic sex coach to offer even deeper, braver spaces where all parts of you are welcome — with tenderness, curiosity, and care.

FAQ

What Does Somatic Sex Coaching Even Mean?

“Somatic” means body-based.

It’s a trauma-informed, body-based approach that supports your path to a more

embodied and integrated version of yourself, combining tools from psychology, embodiment, nervous system regulation, and sex education.

It’s about discovering what feels safe and learning to express it in your life & relationships. Through breath, body awareness, tailored practices, and open conversation, we uncover limiting patterns, explore desires & boundaries, and cultivate deeper intimacy with ourselves and others, always through embodied experience grounded in curiosity, presence, and safety.

So instead of just talking about intimacy, desire, or boundaries — we work with how these things actually feel in your body.


Is this a therapy session?
No, this is not a clinical therapy session, rather a somatic coaching session focused on body awareness, pleasure, emotions, and your relationship to intimacy and aliveness.

Do I need to talk about sex?
Only if you want to :)
Sessions can explore anything from emotional intimacy to nervous system awareness to desire, boundaries, numbness, or touch (in guided practices, not with me directly).
