In the rush of daily life,
it’s easy to forget that deep down,
we are still wild, primal beings.
Our bodies weren’t made for rigid schedules, artificial environments, and endless digital noise—
they evolved from movement, deep social bonds, and rich sensory experiences.

But modern life pulls us away from that.
We suppress emotions, numb ourselves with distractions, and chase external validation, all while feeling increasingly disconnected from our true selves.

That’s why we invite you
to reconnect with The Wild Sense–
To break free from this cycle.
To reclaim your wild body. To move and express freely without shame. To speak out and go for what you really want. To embrace your pleasure and joy again. To feel connected to the world around you.

Because connection isn’t a destination;
it’s a way of being

Come, reconnect. Your wild self is waiting.

Discover the pillars of the Wild Sense

Authentic Expression

“Tantra” became a buzzword,
often used to label
anything that invites sensuality & sexuality.
It’s been plucked, polished, and sold like a magic key to erotic enlightenment

But authentic Tantra is an
ancient, profound spiritual tradition
It goes far beyond sex & sensuality

The WildSense doesn’t teach (neo-)Tantra.
While we honor and are
inspired by the tantric lineages,
We do not claim to represent it

The WildSense does invite you into…

The language your skin still remembers
The breath before it becomes a story
Into movement, stillness, sound, and surrender

Yes,

The wildsense is about

sexuality, sensuality & embodied spirituality
But Sensuality is not an end,
it’s a gateway
Sexuality is not a technique,
it’s a pulse between bodies and beings
Spirituality is not separate from the body,
it is the body, listening

So no, the wildsense is not Tantra
But it is sacred
Because you are
Come as you are
Curious. wild. Sensing.

Liquid Ripples

When you reconnect with yourself,
that energy ripples outward—
touching those around you and contributing to a world that feels more

alive, open, and connected

My journey to reclaim my Wild Sense
For the most of my 20s I found myself trapped in empty and meaningless jobs. I avoided meaningful relationships at any cost because deep down I felt terrified of intimacy and connection.

I indulged in endless distraction like dating apps, parties, and substances and felt depressed, numb, and yearning for something deeper.

Amidst many personal crises, I transitioned into Social Work and Mediation, focusing on disadvantaged families and parents.
In this work, I encountered people facing the same struggles I was experiencing in my own life: miscommunication, unspoken boundaries, and the deep exhaustion of living in an environment that doesn't honor our wild, primal bodies.
It became clear how many of us feel profoundly misunderstood, trapped in patterns that leave us feeling numb and lonely.

I realized that both myself and many others were missing fundamental skills to truly connect—skills so essential to our well-being that they should be taught in schools.

A Transformative Encounter with Nature

Some of those skills I found during a course in Wilderness Education: I spent many days immersed in the fores, sometimes with friends, often alone.
One day, standing among the trees, I had a profound realization: for the first time, I truly felt that I was part of nature: a tiny thread in the vast web of life. After many years, I finally felt held and at home, both in my body and in the world.

The forest became one of my greatest teachers, gently showing me what it means to slow down, to listen, and to simply feel what is alive in and around me.

Still Seeking Authentic Connections

My deepening connection with the earth reflected back to me how much deeper and open my human connection could be, when I feel really save:
I wanted to explore sexuality in a more playful and sensual way, but I realized I struggled to clearly express what I wanted, set healthy boundaries, and truly connect with others in a way that felt honest, save and fulfilling.
The spaces I encountered reflected the same outdated patterns of power and patriarchy, lacking the mindfulness and respect I was seeking.

Thankfully, I wasn’t alone in this search.
I found kindred spirits, people who shared my vision and desire. Together, we created the spaces we had been longing for: places where connection, sensuality, and authenticity could thrive with mindfulness and consent. Spaces of mutual respect and trust, that celebrated radical self expression.

Through embracing my desires and connecting with others, I felt my body come alive in ways I had never experienced before:vibrant, free, and deeply connected to my inner needs and desires.

Weaving together my experiences—from Mediation to Conscious Sensuality and deep Nature Connection—I found a beautiful synergy that awakened my own "Wild Sense": the ability to connect to my own wild body and the natural world around me, including all human beings.

Why I Do What I Do

This realization turned into a calling.
Now, I am inspired to share The Wild Sense with the world,
to create spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies, their desires, and the earth in a way that feels natural, authentic, and profoundly alive.

My Journey to Rediscover My Wild Sense

Life didn’t just lead me to this work, it shaped me for it.
My path was forged through pain, trauma, and raw truths lived in my body.

For years, I tried to embody the “free woman”—celebrating my body, and claiming my freedom. I had no female model to look up to, so I adopted the male parameters of the world around me. I used my sexuality to feel powerful, but it was a sexuality disconnected from my body—one that fed my ego rather than my true essence. Instead of liberation, I felt lost—trapped in societal roles, shallow expectations, and a disconnection from my instincts. My body became something to be used—by others, but also by me. Unfortunately, I didn’t know anything else, so I was crossing my boundaries, over and over again. This deepened my numbness—emotionally, mentally, physically—through substances, meaningless sex, jobs that drained me, and friendships that kept me stuck in the same cycles. Anything to avoid feeling.

The ultimate disconnection came when my boundaries disappeared entirely—I was raped.
Shame, grief, and pain swallowed me whole. My body became the enemy. Convincing myself I was the problem, that I was too much, not enough, unworthy
.

The Turning Point

The change came in pieces—through people, ideas, and most of all, through a reconnection to myself.
I started to listen to my body in a way I never had before, realizing that healing wasn’t about moving past the pain but about learning to feel deeper and all the range of emotions.

One of the biggest shifts happened once I met Sascha. For the first time, I experienced intimacy rooted in respect, deep presence, and true communication.
I realized that instinct, intuition, and boundaries aren’t just survival tools—they’re the foundation of real connection.

Reclaiming My Wild Sense

I explored how movement, mindfulness, and sexuality can act as gateways to growth.
I delved into psychology and the science of trauma, uncovering how our bodies holds onto pain and how true healing begins when we attune to ourselves, honor our boundaries, and express our needs.

The more I reconnected with my Wild Sense, the more it transformed my relationships—with myself, my body, and others. the more it rippled outward, reshaping how I related to family, friends, and even colleagues, by creating space for others to meet me in that same honesty.

This journey became my calling. I trained in trauma-informed yoga, somatic intimacy & sex coaching, and relational healing. I committed to creating spaces where others could find the safety, connection, and empowerment I had needed myself.

Today, I walk this path, passionate in supporting people to break free from societal conditioning, and patterns of disconnection and reclaim their inner power, by building lives rooted in passion, connection, and vitality.
