Personal & Relational Transformation
through intimacy & nature

You might…
Carry a lot—stress, tension, or emotions—
and wish you had a way to release it all
Crave connection and touch,
but in a way that feels light, fun, and pressure-free
Want to be more in your body
but meditation isn’t really your thing
Love play, movement, and intensity
but sometimes feel unsure where it’s welcome
Long to feel strong, take up space,
and trust your ability to hold your ground
Wish for a space where
roughness and tenderness exist together
Miss the playfulness you had as a kid—
wild, physical, free
If any of this resonates,
you’re in the right place

What is Rauf & Runter?
A full-day experience of movement, play, and deep connection!
We create a safe, well-held environment where you can engage in playfight, explore boundaries, and connect with yourself and others
Play and physical engagement are essential for our nervous system-
When we move, wrestle, and interact playfully,
we enter a state of "safe activation"—alert, yet relaxed
This helps us develop resilience, emotional flexibility, and the ability to navigate social stress with ease
After an energizing session of movement,
we transition into a deep state of relaxation,
closing the day with a sound bath, live handpan music
and an optional guided cuddle space
Everything is facilitated with care and respect,
and participation is always optional

The Flow of the Day
