A night of wild, safe, embodied aliveness
You might…
have been to mixed-sex positive spaces before
but found yourself shrinking, guarding, or explaining
want to explore eros, touch, and intimacy without the
pressure of others' gaze or heteronormative scripts
long for a field where you don’t need to
translate your body, story, or your queerness
where everyone simply gets it.
know your body is a temple
a place of pleasure, safety, and reverence
If you’re ready to reconnect to that...

" This was my first event of this kind,
And it was life-changing.
Exciting, funny, and a bit uncomfortable in the best way, like daring to shed skin.
Thank you for the clear boundaries that gave me the freedom to explore and opened a portal to a world I didn’t know was mine. "
Queens & Queers is a safe, playful container
held exclusively for women, female-read*, AFAB and queer bodies
that enable us all
to explore somatics, connection, and perhaps eros
always with clear consent
It is an opportunity to
be among others who share your embodied reality
A journey in which we learn and practice practical tools for
embodied intimacy that nourishes both
your sensuality and your belonging

" I'm really happy I heard your words at the workshop, I could really relate to them, and moved my heart deeply.
I learned something important about boundaries with you two.
Can't wait to participate in another one! "

About your hosts

Sapphire Leela (she/All)
I'm a Somatic Sexology coach,
trauma-informed yoga & embodiment teacher,
and a Psycho-Sexual & Relationship therapist
(MSC in training)
My passion is to support people in moving from pleasing into
Embodied Pleasure & Relational Power
This temple comes from my own story:
From pain, disconnection, and abuse, without having anyone to talk to when I needed it most. That journey is what fuels my commitment to create spaces of safety, aliveness, and belonging.
For years, I’ve been guiding hundreds of people in workshops, 1:1 and temples, inspired by trauma-informed yoga, somatic practices, and group processes in intimacy, relationships, and body connection.
My path weaves together academic psychology, nervous system regulation, somatic sexology, yoga, and Buddhist practice.
I hold this temple because I know how much it matters to have spaces where women and queer bodies can remember:
your body is sacred, your desires are welcome, and you belong.
Jess Kugler (she/her)
I’m a certified systemic coach and couples & sex therapist and HPPsych i.T based in Cologne-Ehrenfeld.
My work is rooted in embodiment, radical honesty, and the belief that desire carries wisdom. Like many I support, I came from pain and disconnection—from my body, from trust, from safety. That journey fuels my commitment to spaces of safety, aliveness, and belonging.
I work in Köln-Ehrenfeld, online, and in workshops with individuals and couples ready to explore sexuality, patterns, longings, and blocks. Drawing on systemic and body-oriented methods and trauma-informed tools, I help people reconnect, communicate clearly, and build intimacy that feels safe, real, and fulfilling. My practice is trauma-aware and inclusive of all genders, orientations, and relationship styles, and open to anyone who wants to grow, heal, and feel more at home in their bodies and bonds.
Beyond therapy, I create workshops, podcasts, and community spaces that bring taboo topics into the light and spark open-hearted conversations around love, sexuality, and connection.
I hold this space because I believe:
We all deserve to feel safe, connected, and fully alive, and have joyful, connected relationships with others and ourselves.
