A night of wild, safe, embodied aliveness

You might…

have been to mixed-sex positive spaces before

but found yourself shrinking, guarding, or explaining

want to explore eros, touch, and intimacy without the

pressure of others' gaze or heteronormative scripts

long for a field where you don’t need to
translate your body, story, or your queerness
where everyone simply gets it.

know your body is a temple

a place of pleasure, safety, and reverence

If you’re ready to reconnect to that...

Bubble Kiss

" This was my first event of this kind,
And it was
life-changing.
Exciting, funny, and a bit uncomfortable in the best way, like daring to shed skin.

Thank you for the clear boundaries that gave me the freedom to explore and opened a portal to a world I didn’t know was mine. "

Queens & Queers is a safe, playful container

held exclusively for women, female-read*, AFAB and queer bodies

that enable us all
to
explore somatics, connection, and perhaps eros

always with clear consent

It is an opportunity to
be among others who share your embodied reality

A journey in which we learn and practice practical tools for
embodied intimacy that nourishes both
your sensuality and your belonging

" I'm really happy I heard your words at the workshop, I could really relate to them, and moved my heart deeply.
I learned something important about boundaries with you two.
Can't wait to participate in another one! "

Why?

 

This temple is born from a strong need:

a night to be fully ourselves, together.

where we can explore desire, eros, and connection,

honoring our wounds as well as our pleasures,

to weave belonging through embodied presence.

Sapphire Leela (she/All)

I'm a Somatic Sexology coach,
trauma-informed yoga & embodiment teacher,
and a Psycho-Sexual & Relationship therapist

(MSC in training)

My passion is to support people in moving from pleasing into
Embodied Pleasure & Relational Power

This temple comes from my own story:

From pain, disconnection, and abuse, without having anyone to talk to when I needed it most. That journey is what fuels my commitment to create spaces of safety, aliveness, and belonging.

For years, I’ve been guiding hundreds of people in workshops, 1:1 and temples, inspired by trauma-informed yoga, somatic practices, and group processes in intimacy, relationships, and body connection.

My path weaves together academic psychology, nervous system regulation, somatic sexology, yoga, and Buddhist practice.

I hold this temple because I know how much it matters to have spaces where women and queer bodies can remember:
your body is sacred, your desires are welcome, and you belong.

Jess Kugler (she/her)

I’m a certified systemic coach and couples & sex therapist and HPPsych i.T based in Cologne-Ehrenfeld.

My work is rooted in embodiment, radical honesty, and the belief that desire carries wisdom. Like many I support, I came from pain and disconnection—from my body, from trust, from safety. That journey fuels my commitment to spaces of safety, aliveness, and belonging.
I work in Köln-Ehrenfeld, online, and in workshops with individuals and couples ready to explore sexuality, patterns, longings, and blocks. Drawing on systemic and body-oriented methods and trauma-informed tools, I help people reconnect, communicate clearly, and build intimacy that feels safe, real, and fulfilling. My practice is trauma-aware and inclusive of all genders, orientations, and relationship styles, and open to anyone who wants to grow, heal, and feel more at home in their bodies and bonds.
Beyond therapy, I create workshops, podcasts, and community spaces that bring taboo topics into the light and spark open-hearted conversations around love, sexuality, and connection.
I hold this space because I believe:
We all deserve to feel safe, connected, and fully alive, and have joyful, connected relationships with others and ourselves.

Intimate Roots – Code of Conduct & Vision

Intimate Roots stands for a conscious and loving relationship with the nature that surrounds us, with our bodies, with ourselves, with our sexuality, and with each other. Toward all of this, we aim to practice the greatest possible care and awareness.

At Intimate Roots, we want to offer you the possibility to connect with yourself, with nature, and with other people. These connections and interactions can take place on many different levels and may (but do not have to) unfold in a sensual and/or sexual way — even with nature.

We experience it as deeply beautiful and healing to create a temporary community with many different people in which nudity and sexuality are allowed, accepted, and welcome.A unique space where you can play, explore, and learn more about your own needs, while also feeling safe. Such a space naturally requires certain agreements and shared guidelines that make it possible for us to meet each other in an open and experimental way.

We actively stand for diversity and inclusion. Everyone is welcome, regardless of gender, sexuality, nationality, or other aspects often targeted by discrimination. Even though we are continuously learning, we aim to foster a diverse and inclusive community — not only during the event, but beyond.

We believe that a consent-based community is the only way for connection and intimacy to flourish collectively. Therefore, we strive to create an atmosphere of awareness, mutual respect, and empathy.A space where we honor our own wishes and boundaries as well as those of others; where we ask first, check in with each other, and then act.

This way of relating is not limited to the human world, but can also be beautifully extended to our relationship with the more-than-human world. We want to meet the forest, the meadows, and all beings who call this place home with care and respect. We also wish to honor the land and the people who take care of it, and to leave the place at least as beautiful as we found it.

At Intimate Roots, you can expect an intensive and diverse program that invites you on a deep journey — in connection with yourself, nature, and the community. We have prepared many inspiring impulses that will stimulate your senses, heart, and mind. To fully unfold the potential of this experience, we invite you to participate with openness and commitment. Punctuality and conscious presence help all of us to enter a shared flow.

At the same time, it is very important to us that you take good care of yourself. You are always welcome to take breaks or skip parts of the program if that feels right for you. Some workshops may invite you to explore your comfort zones and open to new experiences — and you are always free to participate or not. You can also decide at any moment what feels good and what does not, and communicate this. There will always be alternative offers or other nourishing things to do if you feel like stepping out of something.

Self-responsibility is a core value for us: only do what you truly want to do, and only be where you want to be.

We also want to protect our own privacy and the privacy of others. This includes not taking photos or recordings without consent, and not sharing names or stories that are not your own.

If you can imagine becoming sexually intimate with others, we encourage you to practice safer sex — for example by getting tested before the event and/or bringing your preferred safer-sex supplies.

Sobriety creates authenticity.

We often use substances to distance ourselves from feelings or to alter our state of consciousness. While we do not generally judge the use of mind-altering substances, during Intimate Roots we aim for clarity and authenticity — within ourselves and in our interactions. Therefore, we have chosen to create a sober space and invite you to try this with us. We trust that we can create magical and connecting moments together even without substances — promised ;)

By submitting, I'm agreeing to receive the WildSense's Occasional Love Notes

Just real reflections and tools to support your journey, and sometimes, invitations into deeper spaces like 1:1, 2:2, online courses or group sessions (knowing, that I can alway change my mind :)
