A 5-Week
Somatic Sexology & Psychosexual Therapy

Process for Women & Flinta*

23.3.26-20.4.26

Develop an embodied relationship
with
pleasure & your erotic power

You don’t know what pleasure is supposed to feel like,
So you wonder:

"What’s wrong with me?"

Pleasure always comes last

after everything & everyone else

Orgasms, wetness, squirting:

It all feels confusing and stressful "down there..."

Self-touch feels awkward, empty, forced

or like a chore you keep postponing

Maybe you’ve never had an orgasm…

Or you’re not even sure if you have.

When you’re with others,
You don’t know what feels good for you

So you default to guessing, pleasing, or avoiding.

You might be sexually functional
but not sexually alive,

And underneath it all, there’s a deeper knowing:
Your body is responding intelligently

to stress, pressure, past experiences, and nervous system overload

Pleasure Lab
is your chance to

ignite lust, erotic power, and pleasure
as living forces that deepen connection:
with self, body & others,

while cultivating community among
women and Flinta* across the globe

This is a space to feel, express, and rediscover yourself
no matter your gender, identity, or relationship structure

You feel that too?

Launch price spots are limited!

Resting On Bed

" I was feeling stuck in my sexuality and relationship life.
I left the session grounded and trusting myself in a new way, and that same evening, I met someone.

For the first time, I’m starting something deep and real.
It feels like everything I dreamed of. "

Hannah, Israel

Curled Human Figure

"it was my first time ever talking about sexuality.

You were fully present, and I felt astonishingly safe.
Your words gave me a sense of security and empathy,
supported my nervous system in such a subtle and powerful way.

I could feel your embodied knowledge.

By the end, I felt hopeful that maybe my body could open up to sexuality. "

Catharina, Germany

I didn’t grow up with a natural connection to pleasure.

Because no one ever taught me how to understand it,

and how it direcly relate to my power outside of bed.

I learned how to function sexually.
I learned how to be “open,” “attractive,” and “available.”
But I didn’t learn
how to recognize what felt good,
what felt neutral, and what felt overwhelming.

Through years of personal work and professional training,

I realized:

Pleasure is not instinctive for everyone.
It’s a capacity shaped by

safety, education, and nervous system regulation.

So when pleasure doesn’t “work,”

People blame themselves,
instead of

questioning the framework they were given.

When pleasure is missing, it’s usually because:

The body doesn’t feel safe

The nervous system is overloaded

Touch has become goal-oriented

Desire has been replaced by expectation

Pleasure Lab was created

to rewire those deep embodied beliefs

slowly, respectfully, and sustainably.

I created Pleasure Lab because

I want to live in a world that recognises

pleasure is our birthright.

Safety comes before sensation.
Curiosity replaces pressure.

"If you want to know where your true power lies,

Go to those places you've been taught to fear the most.

Your orgasm, period, labor, and birth:
All processes that involve your sexuality."

-Christiane Northrup, M.D

Pleasure to meet you!

I'm Sapphire Leela

I live close to my body and am deeply curious about how we learn to feel safe while staying true to our desire, our edges, and our power.
I love play and vulnerability in the same breath,
I don’t believe safety and wildness cancel each other out.

I’m also a certified somatic sexologist,
trauma-informed yoga teacher,
and relationship & psychosexual therapist
(in-training)

“Portrait of Sapphire Leela, somatic sexologist, psychosexual and relationship therapist, and Pleasure Lab facilitator.”

I’m drawn to the meeting point of fire and care, where desire, fear, and honesty can coexist, and where intimacy grows through presence, boundaries, and choice.

My why is rooted in my own journey:

from deep pleasing, abuse, and feeling unsafe in my body and in my relationships,
today, my passion is supporting you to feel safer and more present in your body, by empowering how you relate to yourself and others.

I’m probably forever searching, sometimes finding, then losing, a hopeless dreamer and fighter for more power through vulnerable and pleasurable intimacy.

Cancellation Policy I understand that life can change and plans sometimes shift. At the same time, running a course & group therapy requires preparation and commitment on my part, so this policy is designed to support your journey while honoring the container: Up to 2 weeks before the first session: Full refund minus the deposit (which secures your spot and honors your commitment to yourself). Up to 1 week before: 50% refund of the total price (deposit non-refundable). Less than 1 week before: No refund. Consistency is key in somatic and relational work: skipping sessions or leaving mid-way can interrupt the nervous system’s learning and the transformation. The deposit is a way to honor yourself, the work, and the group container: a commitment to your pleasure, boundaries, and intimacy. Life happens, and I understand unexpected changes. If needed, please reach out as early as possible: I do my best to support rescheduling when I can. By registering, you’re choosing to prioritize yourself and your growth, and I’m honored to hold that space with you.
