My creation is rooted in my own journey: 

from pain, disconnection, abuse,
feeling unsafe and unseen in my own body and my relationships,

I didn't have anyone to talk to when I needed it most.

That’s why I do this now:
So no one else has to walk this path alone.
 

I am a somatic sex coach,

trauma-informed yoga teacher,

and relationship &  psychosexual therapist (in training).
