Personal & Relational Transformation
through intimacy & nature

Intimate Roots
a slow, wild, and sensual exploration
of connection & play
What if pleasure is not just a feeling,
but a pathway to more presence, care, and social justice?
What kind of intimacy grows
when we let it unfold at the speed of trust?
What does it mean to be sensual when all our senses are invited?
What changes when we spend time outside,
in the forest, remembering ourselves as wild beings?
What if „being wild“ is not about being reckless,
but about being deeply entangled with soil, trees and each other?
What becomes possible when we gently
unlearn urgency, expectation,
and inherited scripts of relationship and sex?
Let´s grow into these questions, together
At Intimate Roots

Intimate Roots is a five-day
immersive exploration
of intimacy, sensuality, and connection
Surrounded by beautiful nature,
This gathering offers somatic and relational practices
that support embodied connection
beyond urgency and expectations.
We'll spend time outside, in the forest,
cultivating lovership with the non-human world.
There will be invitations to explore intimacy with yourself and others,
with bodies, trees, moss, your boundaries, and your desires —
through dancing, playing, resting, and cuddling,
sitting by the fire, singing,
or simply being.

Our bodies, our hearts, and the land we live on
are longing for a deeper connection.
This invitation is born from a simple knowing:
We live in a culture shaped by
urgency, productivity, and separation.
Many times, our interactions and intimacy
become rushed, shaped by fear
of being left alone,
of not being enough.
Under this pressure we may start to perform:
to be louder, "better"
more “liberated”,
or we make ourselves small,
leaving little room for
slowness, ambiguity, nuance, or not knowing.
Connection can slip into something transactional.
Pleasure becomes reduced to consumption.
cut off from integrity, context, and community.
for intimacy that grows tenderly,
for a connection that can take many forms:
sometimes between two people, sometimes between more,
including the non-human world in our lovership.
for finding belonging and beauty in imperfection
for pleasure that is relational, ecological, and strengthens our capacity to care, resist, and thrive together.
Intimate Roots emerges as a response
to the longing
beneath these conditions:

Intimate Roots offers a chance to
Here, we begin to create conditions where our bodies can listen to their own wild rhythm and where connection is created from a place of relaxation, agency, and curiosity.
Here, contraction matters as much as expansion.
Desire is welcomed, but never demanded.
Resting, listening, attunement
are valued alongside fullness, dance, wildness & play
or all together?
Let's share moments of pleasure and aliveness
in all its brilliant colours!
Rewire how we relate
to our bodies, to other people,
and the living world around us.
deconstruct intimacy:
allowing scarcity narratives to soften,
allowing abundance to be felt where it arises
Pleasure to meet you!
We are three people who live in a polycule.
How we love also shapes the spaces we hold:
It attunes us to complexity, differences, desire, communication,
boundaries, conflict, repair, and tenderness
and to the care it takes to stay in a relationship with
ourselves, with one another, and with what wants to grow between us.

I'm Ananda Louka

I'm Sascha

(he/him,queer, poly loving)
I am here to remind you (and myself) that we are part of nature. I forget this, too, again and again. I see the separation and alienation from nature and its more-than-human beings as one of the central roots of the current polycrisis on our planet. My work lives where connection can begin to grow again: in moments of tension, uncertainty, and transition. I accompany people as a mediator in conflicts, as a systemic therapist (i.T.) in times of crisis and life questions, and through ritual and embodied work in nature. With great passion, I create spaces of encounter and enjoy bringing people into contact with their sensuality and the forest. Joy, pleasure, grief and emotional connection are for me not only private aspects of life, but also political tools: ways of supporting a shift toward a more life-affirming and caring society. Fortunately, we don’t have to carry it alone. Some paths can only be walked together. Sascha is the co-founder of L(i)ebeWild and is hosting regularly grief rituals.
I move through the world as a dancer, musician, and relational deep-diver. I’m drawn to the spaces that open when we slow down, stay, and let ourselves be touched. I’m trained in Psychology (M.Sc.), Gestalt Therapy, and trauma-informed, body-based approaches, and I continue learning from decolonial perspectives and lived relational imperfection. What becomes possible when we stay present with rupture, repair, desire and difference? I love playing with words, fruits, questioning and queering familiar patterns, relating to power consciously, and leaning into trust. I’m interested in supporting presence and response-ability, allowing intimacy to grow — not by feeling good all the time, but by feeling more held, with care, boundaries and intention. Louka is also co-founder and facilitator of the Juicy Lab.
I'm Sapphire Leela
(any pronoun · queer · white · poly-loving · immigrated)
I live close to my body, and I love play and vulnerability in the same breath, and I don’t believe safety and wildness cancel each other out. I’m sometimes messy, forever growing, learning, and softening into what’s real. I’m also a certified somatic sex coach, trauma-informed yoga teacher, and relationship & psychosexual therapist (i.T.). My why is rooted in my own journey: from deep pleasing, abuse, and feeling unsafe in my body and in my relationships. Today, my passion is supporting you to feel safer and more present in your body by empowering how you relate to yourself and others. I’m drawn to the meeting point of fire and care, where desire, fear, and honesty can coexist, and where intimacy grows through presence, boundaries, and choice. I’m probably forever searching — sometimes finding, then losing — a hopeless dreamer and fighter for more power through vulnerable and pleasurable intimacy.
